What these terms cover

These terms apply to all services offered through Make It Happen., including: The Dream-to-Done Audit (free diagnostic), The Make It Happen. Sprint (paid, 7-day programme), The Make It Happen. Beta (paid, monthly programme), The Make It Happen. Round (paid, 3-month programme billed monthly), Access to the Make It Happen. WhatsApp Community. By using any of our services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Our services are designed for individuals aged 18 or over. By purchasing a programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Free services

Dream-to-Done Audit

The Audit is a free diagnostic tool. By completing it, you agree to receive your personalised results by email. If you opt in to further communications, you will also receive follow-up emails about Make It Happen. programmes. You can unsubscribe at any time.

WhatsApp Community

The Make It Happen. WhatsApp Community is free to join. We reserve the right to remove members who behave disrespectfully, share spam, or otherwise disrupt the community. Community content (prompts, frameworks, and coaching insights shared by Make It Happen.) is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Paid services

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is collected via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide.

Sprint: A one-off payment at the price stated at the time of purchase.

Beta: A monthly subscription at the price stated at the time of purchase.

Round: A 3-month programme billed monthly at the price stated at the time of purchase.

Prices may change for future programmes. Any price changes will not affect your current active subscription.

What you get

Paid programmes include access to the Make It Happen. method, planning tools, group coaching, community access, and live sessions as described on the relevant sales or sign-up page. The specific inclusions for each programme are outlined at the point of purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

Sprint

The Sprint is a 7-day programme. Due to the short duration and immediate delivery of digital content, no refunds are available once the programme has started. At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you consent to immediate delivery of the programme content and acknowledge that this means you waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Beta and Round

To cancel, email anca@makeithappenthursday.com at least 3 working days before your next renewal date. You may also cancel the recurring payment directly through your bank or payment provider. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. You retain access to all programme materials and the community until the end of that paid month. Once the paid month ends, your access to the programme and community is removed. No refunds are issued for partial months.

The Round is designed as a 3-month programme. While there is no contractual lock-in beyond each monthly billing cycle, we encourage participants to commit to the full three months to get the most from the method.

Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe a service is not as described, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Your responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to: Treat other participants, community members, and the programme facilitator with respect. Keep confidential anything shared by other participants in group sessions or community spaces. Not share, resell, or redistribute programme materials, tools, or content. Participate in good faith and take responsibility for your own goals and progress.

Coaching disclaimer

Make It Happen. provides goal-setting coaching, planning frameworks, and accountability support. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or financial advice. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek support from a qualified professional. We provide the guidance, frameworks, and accountability. The work is yours. Coaching outcomes depend on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances, and we do not guarantee specific results.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, tools, frameworks, and branding associated with Make It Happen. are the intellectual property of Anca Urdea. You may use programme materials for your personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercialise any materials without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your reliance on coaching content, tools, or advice provided through our programmes. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. Continued use of our services after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
